Our stay at Wildes Hotel was exceptional. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and felt like a luxurious 5-star hotel. The staff, especially Luca, Charlotte, and Mitch, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's disabled-friendly facilities were a big plus. The location in the heart of the village was convenient, and the beautiful courtyard/patio was a perfect spot to relax. The breakfast served there was delicious. We also appreciated the ample and secure parking and enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after a hot day. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

While we loved everything about our stay, we did experience a couple of minor inconveniences. the TV casting function didn't work, and despite notifying the hotel, the issue was not resolved during our stay.

Lovely location, large well-equipped room with comfy bed and balcony. Pool was great, stayed in for ages. Dinner was superb, compliments to the chef. Waitress was perfect.

Communication was lacking, check-in confusion. Shower leaked.

I stayed here with my mom and we had a great experience - the double room was brand new and the staff provided very helpful and friendly service.

I recently stayed at Wildes Hotel for a weekend getaway. The hotel is new, clean, and centrally located in town, with cafes and a pub just across the road. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were friendly throughout our stay. The oversized rooms were perfect, and we loved the secure underground parking with lift access.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel nestled in the beautiful valley. The central location allowed me to easily explore the town and enjoy the nearby cafes and restaurants. During my stay, I experienced some noise disturbance from outside the hotel.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the location was great, very close to interesting spots. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was well-equipped and had a nice entertainment system with streaming options. The outdoor area and pool looked fantastic and I'm sure would be lovely in warmer weather.

Our stay was very noisy. We couldn't get any sleep due to the extractor fan noise in the room, it was unbearable.

The property was recently renovated with beautiful rooms, a stunning outdoor area, and a fantastic pool. Great secure parking. Convenient location.

Felt very cared for, nothing too much trouble.

Spent my Christmas at this hotel and was utterly amazed by the beautiful surroundings. It was situated in the best possible position - close to restaurants and shops. Being able to walk to all the surrounding attractions was a major bonus. The room was equipped with everything I needed and they even provided a range of toiletries which I appreciated. The hotel was tastefully decorated with a modern and elegant touch.

My experience was slightly tarnished by the poor customer service. The staff was not friendly, didn't seem to know what they were doing and were slow in responding to requests.

The hotel is clean, comfy, and friendly. Good parking and location close to shops and restaurants. Pet-friendly with outdoor patio. Lovely pool area and charming seating area. Calming and beautifully finished rooms.
